Our Story
We are an outpatient therapy clinic providing physical, occupational, and speech therapy services to the community, as well as in-home therapy services within assisted living, independent living, and memory care communities. Our model allows residents to receive high quality therapy in the setting that best meets their needs, either in our clinic or within their living environment. Our services help reduce fall risk, support safe transitions of care from the hospital or rehab, enhance resident satisfaction, minimize unnecessary hospitalizations, and improve quality of life. Our clinical team specializes in treating individuals with amputations, neurological conditions, orthopedic diagnoses, and post-operative needs.
