Short Bio
Kyle was born in London, England, and moved to Mesa, Arizona at the age of three. He earned his Bachelor’s degree in Kinesiology from Arizona State University in 2013 before completing his Doctorate in Physical Therapy at A.T. Still University in 2017. In 2025, he further expanded his clinical skillset by earning his certification in dry needling, allowing him to provide additional evidence-based treatment options to help patients reduce pain, improve mobility, and optimize recovery.
Kyle began his career in 2017 at Montecito Post Acute Care and Rehabilitation, where he developed a strong passion for acute and long-term care rehabilitation. As one of the founding physical therapists for Montecito’s acute and long-term new respiratory unit, he specialized in restoring mobility and function for critically ill, ventilator-dependent patients. During this time, he helped lead the team in safe mobility progression, exercise intervention, and compassionate patient care.
Throughout his eight years in this setting, Kyle developed a profound passion for helping individuals recovering from limb loss regain their independence and confidence. He has extensive experience working with lower extremity amputees at every stage of recovery — from immediate post-operative rehabilitation and residual limb care to prosthetic training, gait training, balance retraining, fall prevention, and return-to-community mobility. Kyle is deeply committed to helping amputees not only walk again, but truly regain their quality of life, confidence, and sense of identity after amputation.
He understands the physical, emotional, and psychological challenges that accompany limb loss and believes rehabilitation should be centered around compassion, encouragement, and individualized care. Kyle takes pride in helping patients return to meaningful activities such as work, exercise, hobbies, family activities, and adaptive sports. His passion for serving the amputee community ultimately inspired him to open Montecito Outpatient Rehabilitation, with the mission of expanding access to specialized outpatient rehabilitation and creating a supportive community for amputees across Arizona.
Outside of work, Kyle enjoys spending time with his wife, exercising, hiking, attending movies and concerts, and traveling to Sedona and Flagstaff.
