Short Bio
Jake earned his Doctor of Physical Therapy degree from NAU in 2025 and is passionate about helping patients return to the activities they love. He is certified in Dry Needling and is currently pursuing advanced certification in Spinal Manipulation Therapy to further enhance his hands-on treatment approach.
Jake’s clinical experience includes outpatient orthopedics, workers’ compensation rehabilitation, and inpatient care, allowing him to work with a wide variety of patients and conditions. He enjoys creating individualized treatment plans that combine evidence-based practice with patient-centered care.
Outside of the clinic, Jake enjoys spending time with his wife, including serving together with their church’s youth group. Jake loves to stay active by playing golf, pickleball, and basketball with friends and family. His love for athletics and exercise helps him connect with patients striving to improve their performance, recover from injury, and maintain an active lifestyle.
