Autumn Prince, Director of Operations

Short Bio
Autumn has been part of Montecito Outpatient Rehabilitation since the facility first opened, helping build the systems and patient experience that keep the clinic running smoothly. As Director of Operations, she oversees the front desk and manages the many behind-the-scenes details of patient care, from new patient intake and insurance verification to coordinating physician orders, following up on signatures, and supporting payment and copayment processes.
Autumn is passionate about communication, transparency, and efficiency, but above all, she cares about making people feel comfortable and supported. Whether she is answering a new patient’s questions, explaining the therapy program, or helping ease someone’s concerns, she brings a calm, reassuring, and genuinely compassionate presence to every interaction. While she may work behind the scenes, Autumn knows that her role directly impacts whether patients are able to access the care and therapy they need—and that is what motivates her every day.
A Mesa native and mother of four, Autumn loves spending time with her family, hiking, paddle boarding, and baking. Her kindness, dedication, and passion for helping others make her an integral part of the Montecito team.
